I loved her attitude!

She was friendly and professional.

She started a group, similar to BNI, called San Diego Business Referral Group .

She also network through San Diego Coastal Chamber of Commerce.

She also network through Letip.

She said she cannot afford to get less than %3 in commission up in front; You end up giving away part of your commission in the end any way.

She heard of Redfin and zipreality as organizations who give discount from their commission.
